Velvet protein's sous vide chicken is a game changer. If it's not stated on the packaging, I would not have thought that it's actually chicken breast. I personally doesn't like chicken breast for its dry and rough texture, but this sous vide chicken tasted more like chicken thigh meat, being succulent and having a smooth texture. On my wfh days, I pair the sous vide chicken with my salad bowl, and it's definitely a bonus that it's low-calorie without any MSG, plus it's ready-to-eat (no heating up needed!) I would recommend trying the sambal or garlic flavoured if you are first-time trying their sous vide chicken.
